2.2 Third-party analytical cookies
Used to collect information on website usage in anonymous and aggregated form, in order to improve content and the browsing experience. When properly anonymised, they are treated as technical cookies.

2.3 Booking Engine Cookies – Beddy (Zucchetti Hospitality)
The website integrates the Beddy Booking Engine, developed by Zucchetti Hospitality S.r.l. (a company of the Zucchetti Group, VAT no. 02894171202), which allows users to check availability and rates and complete bookings directly on the website. When the user interacts with the booking form, Beddy may install technical and session cookies necessary for the correct functioning of the booking process (cart management, session data, payment processing). These cookies are installed from a third-party domain (beddy.io) and processed in accordance with the Zucchetti Hospitality privacy policy, available at: zucchetti.it/website/cms/privacy.html

Zucchetti Hospitality S.r.l. acts as Data Processor pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR, on the basis of a specific data processing agreement. Booking data (name, e-mail, payment details) are processed in compliance with the GDPR; payment data are transmitted via secure gateways compliant with the PCI DSS standard.

Adobe Fonts does not set cookies in the strict sense, but loading fonts via the Adobe CDN (use.typekit.net) involves transmitting the user's IP address to servers located in the United States.
