A PORT CITY

The characteristic Seaside Village of the city (Borgo Marinaro in Italian), also known as "Shangai," stretches between Corso Umberto I and the beach. Along its straight alleys, you will find small and narrow houses, with their facades in bricks or colorful stucco. Once, the city's fishermen lived here, but today, with its restaurants and bars, it's the bustling heart of Civitanova Marche.

Between the main square and the fish market, there is a cluster of houses, and that's where you'll find Vivo: a three-story townhouse, renovated in 2023, with four cozy rooms and welcoming common spaces that open onto a sunny courtyard.

The beach, the port, and the promenade are just a five-minute walk away.
